Further to the final stage in the Trust’s EOC configuration, which saw Banstead EOC staff move into Crawley last week, I am keen that we now also start to reflect the East and West configuration in our operational management structure. So, ahead of a full restructure likely to take place next year, we will be moving to the following structure as of 18th September 2017. I want to move away from the
