Our Board meetings are held in public and we welcome members of the public to attend.
If members of the public have any questions they wish to submit to the Board, please email these to – corpgovmeetings@secamb.nhs.uk – at least 24 hours in advance of the Board meeting; questions that have not been submitted in advance will not be taken on the day.
Questions should relate directly to items discussed on the Board agenda and should be factual in nature; any questions that do not meet these criteria, as determined by the Chair, will not be taken at the Board meeting.
We would ask that questions are limited to a maximum of two per individual.
The Chair will allocate 15 minutes at the end of the Board meeting for responses to pre-submitted questions to be given. If, for any reason, sufficient time is not available for this to happen, a written response will be provided within 24 hours of the meeting.
