Our EDI Strategy and Objectives

In March 2025, following collaboration with a number of key stakeholders and leaders, our four focus areas were signed off by our Trust Board strengthening and formalising of the EDI Plan for 2025/26.

We are excited to have clear EDI Priorities which  align with our overarching Strategy. Progress against these priorities will be monitored by the People and Culture Group, a sub-group of the Executive Management Group.
