We are committed to ensuring that the work we have already started, including ensuring colleagues feel confident and safe in speaking up and in challenging inappropriate behaviours, is built upon.
We recognise that there remains more to do to ensure SECAmb becomes the organisation our people and patients rightly expect it to be, but we are also proud of the focus we are already giving to improving our culture as we continue to listen to feedback from our colleagues.
We will ensure we use the findings of this worthwhile report to build on the improvements we are already starting to see.
