Message from the Executive Team
Dear Colleagues,
As many of you will be aware, we are currently seeing
extraordinarily high levels of demand, as well as a continuing rise
in handover delays at hospital.
Therefore, the Exec Team have today decided to move to REAP
Level 4.
We recognise that everyone is working very hard, often going
above and beyond and understand that this escalation may bring
additional pressures for some. However, we feel that we need to
fully focus our attention on keeping our patients safe, answering
999 calls and responding to patients in the community and
increasing the REAP level helps us to do this.
