Following a review of the Trust’s current REAP
level, the senior operational managers team have agreed that the
Trust should move back into REAP level 3.
The Trust had been operating at REAP level 4
as it managed the seasonal demands placed on it.
As a result of the changing REAP level, the
Trust will be reinstating training courses and allowing meetings to
take place.
The REAP level will be regularly reviewed to
ensure that the Trust continues to provide a response service to
patients and will notify staff of any changes in the REAP level
should it be deemed necessary.
