is pleased to have been chosen as one of NHS Employers’ Diversity
and Inclusion Partners for 2019/120.

Trust and is the second year running it has been named as a
partner.

It will see SECAmb continue to work closely with NHS Employers
and other organisations throughout the year to support system-wide

equality across the health and social care system.

Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES) and the Learning
Disability Employment Programme (LDEP). NHS Employers will also

help it to further improve the overall staff experience for
under-represented and disadvantaged groups and communities.

year running. I know that our involvement will strengthen our focus
on this important area of working within SECAmb and further
afield.

“We have always had a strong emphasis on equality and diversity
at SECAmb and our continued participation in the programme will
ensure we retain additional valuable support to further our
understanding and build on our achievements to date.”
