South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust
(SECAmb) has been awarded the ‘Gold Standard’ for the fourth year
running at the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion
(enei) awards.

SECAmb was recognised with the ‘Gold Standard’ alongside

The awards acknowledged and celebrated those with a commitment
to good practice above and beyond legal compliance and innovative
approaches that will inspire other employers.

SECAmb received the gold standard after participating in enei’s
‘e-quality’ benchmarking diversity process.

SECAmb’s Inclusion Manager Angela Rayner, who represented the
Trust at the awards event said: “I’m really pleased that the Trust
has now been awarded this standard for a fourth successive year. It
highlights our commitment to and ongoing work around equality,
diversity and inclusion and is evidence to our patients, staff and
the public that we respect and value everyone for who they
are.”
