Every patient story matters and yours could help shape the future of care for our patients in Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
Patients, families and carers are being invited to share their experiences of the Trust through a new online feedback form. Whether your experience was positive, challenging, or somewhere in between, your story helps the service understand what’s working well and where things could be better.
Listening to real experiences is one of the most powerful ways the Trust learns and improves. Your feedback helps highlight the moments that matter most to patients and the people who care for them and plays a vital role in improving care across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
The short online form, which was co-designed with our Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) contributors, gives you the chance to share your experience in your own words. There are also a few optional questions, such as your age and where you live, which help the Trust understand the experiences of different communities. Everything you share is treated confidentially.
If you’ve had contact with the Trust whether that be as a patient, family member or carer, we would really like to hear from you. It only takes a few minutes to complete, but your insight could make a lasting difference for others.

Victoria Baldock, Head of Patient Engagement, said “Hearing directly from patients and the people who support them helps us understand what it’s really like to receive care from the Trust. Every story, whether it’s a thank you, a concern or a suggestion helps us learn and improve. By sharing your experience, you’re helping us make care better for everyone.”
