Further to the final stage in the Trust’s EOC
 configuration, which saw Banstead EOC staff move into Crawley last
 week, I am keen that we now also start to reflect the East and West
 configuration in our operational management structure.
So, ahead of a full restructure likely to take place next year, we
 will be moving to the following structure as of 18th
 September 2017.
I want to move away from the historical,
 county structures and move to a SECAmb East and West model to
 ensure a more consistent approach across the Trust.
This requires some re-shaping of the current
 operational areas, as below:
SECAmb East | SECAmb West |

  |
To reflect this change, there will also be
 changes in our senior operational management structure, as
 below:
The new leaders for these adjusted roles and
 portfolios are;
- Deputy Director & EOC Operational
Delivery – Sue Skelton - 111 Service Delivery & 999 Contact Centre
Integrated Clinical Advice Service – John O’Sullivan - Fleet & Logistics – John Griffiths
 - Regional Operations Delivery SECAmb West –
Andy Cashman - Regional Operations Delivery SECAmb East –
James Pavey - Regional Operations Resilience and Specialist
Operations – Chris Stamp
I will be discussing his future portfolio with
 Rob Mason, Associate Director of Service Transformation, on his
 return from leave.
I recognise that we have already been through
 a significant period of change during the past few months in terms
 of the operational leadership structure but I am optimistic that
 these changes will underpin and support the changes we have made to
 date.

 Operations
