are looking for leaders with talent and potential as we prepare to
recruit Operations Team Leaders across the Trust.
Open day assessment days will be taking place
across the region over the coming weeks. All that is required is
that you have a minimum of two years’ experience post registration
as a paramedic. You don’t need any formal prior management or
supervisory experience.

This is a change in the Trust’s approach to
identifying future leaders and succession planning. It will allow
us to identify and pre-assess prospective candidates ahead of any
potential posts or interviews and assist in preparing you for any
opportunities in advance by offering tailored development that will
compliment natural strengths.
