
A 111 Health Advisor (HA) from Medway has been appointed as the new Deputy Co-Chair of the enABLE staff network for Kent.
enABLE, which is the Trust’s disabilities, neurodiversity and carer staff network shared the announcement during the network’s latest meeting.
During the meeting, which gave members a chance to look back on achievements from the past year, including improvements in accessing reasonable adjustments and supportive equipment, it was announced that 111 HA, Sebastian Groves had been appointed as deputy co-chair of the network for the Kent region.
Since starting, Sebastian has led on the Equality Diversity and Inclusivity Huddles which is a brand-new group that runs monthly and addresses accessibly issues at our sites, with a recent focus on pull cords within our accessible bathrooms and access for wheelchair users.
