At the moment we would particularly like to hear from:

  • any ex-SECAmb front-line staff (paramedics, technicians, ECSWs) who have left since March 2017 OR
  • front-line colleagues who work for or have worked for another NHS ambulance service in the past three years who may be in our area and available to support us at present as we especially need your support.

If you are able to help us, we will make sure you are up to speed with anything that’s changed since you left us (for ex-SECAmb colleagues), make sure you’re familiar with our ways of working (if you haven’t worked for us before) and provide you with on-going support and guidance.

Please contact recruitment@secamb.nhs.uk if you can help us.

In the coming days we may be asking for specific support from the public and we’ll let you know about this as soon as possible, but we are lucky to have a large group of local volunteers who we can call on first and so there may be limited roles available for the general public.

If you keen to support the NHS during these difficult times, you can contact the Royal Voluntary Service who are co-ordinating volunteering across the NHS at the moment.

We massively appreciate all the kind gestures from the public to our hard-working staff and thank each and every one of you for every act of kindness, no matter how small.

If you have a donation you wish to make see our making a donation page.

We also have a dedicated email should you need to make any enquiries – donate@secamb.nhs.uk.

Thank you again!
