What our staff say

SECAmb have excellent rates of progression for all their staff. There is always a way to move forward whether it be going out on the road, moving into management, or even HR. The unsocial pay and overtime incentives are the best I’ve ever seen and definitely motivate people to offer their own time to work additional hours, as you’re rewarded well for it.

Sam Clarke

Working with such a diverse team, who are happy to share their experience and expertise, is a brilliant opportunity I am enjoying immensely.

Hannah Noonan

Mental Health Practitioner & qualified nurse

I have the privilege to recruit, train and support staff seeing them progress to leadership positions and various roles within SECAmb and externally. There are multiple colleagues I have worked with in the EOC now crewing ambulances as well as colleagues I worked with on the ambulances now working in EOC!
