Quality Account

We are committed to transparency and continually improving the quality of care we provide.

We are committed to transparency and continually improving the quality of care we provide. Our Quality Account reports on the quality of services delivered by SECAmb over the financial year, covering patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and patient experience.

The reports highlight improvements we have made, identifies areas for development, and provides an opportunity to share our successes with those who matter most – our patients.

The Quality Account is structured in three parts:

  1. Statement of Quality from the Chief Executive – a reflective overview of organisational performance and priorities.
  2. Progress and Priorities – an account of our achievements over the past year and our key priorities for the current year, including statements of assurance from the Board and reporting against core indicators.
  3. Other Quality Information – additional insights into quality initiatives and successes across the Trust not already captured elsewhere.

We develop the priorities for our Quality Account through a structured process of engagement, insight gathering, and review. This includes input from patients, public representatives, staff, and system partners.

These priorities are embedded within our governance and improvement frameworks and are monitored for measurable impact. You can view the full Quality Accounts below.
