PDF documents will be review and those essential for our services, will be convert to accessible resource pages by December 2025. Where possible we are replacing any new PDFs or Word documents with HTML pages or an accessible PDF.

Some of PDFs are essential to providing our services. For example, Expenditure over £25,000 Excel spreadsheets and Word documents. By the end of 2025, we plan to either fix these or replace them with an accessible format.
The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services.
Some of video and audio recordings essential to the business such as Board meeting recording will be reviewed and where necessary will be updated with captions or a transcript added.
