A Business Continuity Incident (BCI) was declared at 13.30hrs
today (Monday,28 November 2016) due to ongoing CAD performance
issues.
CAD issues are effecting its stability across
the three EOCs. Therefore, the decision has been taken to reboot
the whole CAD system across the three sites.
The CAD will be rebooted at 1400hrs with EOC
staff working on paper during the period of the reboot. It is
hoped that EOC will return to normal working practice on the CAD
from about 4pm.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that this
may cause and would ask staff to provide support and assistance as
necessary.
