This is where the Patient Advice and Liaison Service – or ‘PALS’ – can help. PALS is a free and confidential service, run by SECAmb’s Patient Experience Team, who offer a listening ear to anyone who needs help, information or support, or who may have a question or concern about the care provided by SECAmb, be that our 999 or NHS 111 service.
