The NHS is a complicated organisation, and can be confusing to people seeking help, information, advice and support. This is where the Patient Advice and Liaison Service – or ‘PALS’ – can help. PALS is a free and confidential service, run by SECAmb’s Patient Experience Team, who offer a listening ear to anyone who needs help, information or support, or who may have a question or concern about the care provided by SECAmb, be that our 999 or NHS 111 service.

Please note our Patient Experience Team works Monday to Friday, (not including Bank Holidays).
