Every mile you run, cake you bake or raffle you organise helps us go further for patients, staff and communities across the South East.
By choosing to fundraise for SECAmb Charity, you’re supporting the people who respond when it matters most – the paramedics, call handlers and volunteers who step into action when someone dials 999. Your fundraising helps us do more than NHS funding alone can provide – from patient support and community defibrillators to practical backing for ambulance staff in high-pressure roles.

How you can fundraise

There’s no one way to raise money – just choose something that works for you, and we’ll help you get started.
Here are some ideas to inspire you

  • Get active – walk, run, cycle or swim your way to a fundraising total
  • Host an event – quiz nights, coffee mornings, talent shows or gaming marathons
  • Celebrate with purpose – ask for donations instead of birthday or wedding gifts

What people say about our charity

SECAmb have excellent rates of progression for all their staff. There is always a way to move forward whether it be going out on the road, moving into management, or even HR. The unsocial pay and overtime incentives are the best I’ve ever seen and definitely motivate people to offer their own time to work additional hours, as you’re rewarded well for it.

Sam Clarke

Charity Aid Worker

Working with such a diverse team, who are happy to share their experience and expertise, is a brilliant opportunity I am enjoying immensely.

Hannah Noonan

Volunteer for Secamb Charity

I have the privilege to recruit, train and support staff seeing them progress to leadership positions and various roles within SECAmb and externally. There are multiple colleagues I have worked with in the EOC now crewing ambulances as well as colleagues I worked with on the ambulances now working in EOC!
