Statutory Requirements
Gender Pay Gap reporting is a statutory requirement for organisations of our size under UK legislation.
While Ethnicity and Disability Pay Gap reporting are not currently mandatory, SECAmb is committed to transparency and voluntarily publishes this information from 2025 to support our ambition of becoming a more inclusive employer.
Our Commitment
We use the insights from our pay gap reports alongside other workforce data, such as the NHS Staff Survey, Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) and Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES), to drive meaningful change.
