We welcome the launch today of the Government’s National Oversight Framework (NOF) tables, which sees all NHS Trusts placed into one of four equal segments/performance categories.
The continuing hard work and excellent care delivered by our teams is evidenced by our placement in the second highest segment – segment two – which points to good performance across most domains covered by the new monitoring system.
We recognise that we must continue to make further improvements in specific areas but are pleased that the efforts of teams right across SECAmb have been recognised.
We are committed to ensuring we continue to progress to ensure we provide a consistently high standard to all our patients as they rightly expect and deserve.
SECAmb Chief Executive Simon Weldon said: “I am pleased that the hard work of our people in striving to provide the best care to our patients has been recognised and that the strong progress we have made across a number of metrics during the past two years has been recognised.
"My goal is to keep SECAmb on its path of improvement, enabling our teams to deliver the best possible care to our communities."
