Scale a mountain for SECAmb

Trek the Peaks

Take on the National 3 Peaks for South East Coast Ambulance Charity

Climb the three highest mountains in the UK and help raise vital funds for life-saving care across the South East.

This iconic challenge will see you summit Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) — aiming to complete all three in just 24 hours. Starting with Ben Nevis in Scotland, tackling Scafell Pike overnight in England, and finishing on Snowdon in Wales, it’s one of the most demanding and rewarding adventures you can take on.

Over two days, you’ll trek around 26 miles and climb nearly 3,000 metres. It’s a serious physical challenge requiring grit and determination — but the views, the achievement, and the difference you’ll make to patients and communities are truly worth it.

Once you have spoken to SECAmbs charity team you’ll need to book your place directly through our trusted partner, and chose one of two fundraising options.

There are four different dates for the trek across September and October. Get in touch charity@secamb.nhs.uk to find out more
