We welcome the opportunity to get involved with the communities we serve.  We believe it is important that you and others are able to see what we doing to improve the service we provide.

However as an extremely busy service we are unable to fulfill requests during periods of peak demand. As a result we are currently unable to process any request visits and imagine that this will remain the situation until the end of September 2012. As you are no doubt aware, the pressures on the ambulance service are higher than usual this summer due to the Olympics, Paralympics and Queen's Jubilee.
