Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
We strive to ensure that our patients receive the best possible
service and care at all times, but occasionally mistakes and
misunderstandings occur. The Patient Advice and Liaison Service
(PALS) is a free, impartial and confidential service, here to help
with any queries or concerns you might have.
We will do our best to deal with
your concerns quickly, fairly and efficiently. We also
want to hear any suggestions you have about ways in which we can
improve our service.
If PALS is unable to resolve your concerns
informally they will advise you on the options available including
how to raise a formal complaint via
the NHS and Social Care Complaints procedure.
You can submit your query using the form below
or you can call us between 11am and 3pm, Monday to Friday,
(not including Bank Holidays) on one of the following
numbers depending on your location:
Kent and Surrey -
01737 364464 Sussex - 01273 484830
If you would prefer to submit your query by post you can do so
by writing to one of our regional
offices.
