Our organisational structure

With over 3,600 staff across 70 sites, the structure of our organisation plays an important role in our effectiveness.

To help you understand how SECAmb functions as an effective, joined up organisation, please take a look at our organisational charts. You'll find one chart showing the organisation's overarching structure, along with a chart for each directorate.

Reading the charts

Please note that the blue boxes in the charts show actual job titles, while the light blue boxes reflect areas of responsibility. The exception to this however, is the Clinical Operations chart, where we thought it was important to show the management lines of accountability.
