Our latest 999 caller survey generated an ‘overall satisfaction level’ of 95.84%, the second highest since our surveys began in 2011. Our latest 999 caller survey generated an ‘overall satisfaction level’ of 95.84%, the second highest since our surveys began in 2011. 

This is a great achievement considering the increasing pressures ambulance services are experiencing, and thanks go to our staff for the care and kindness they continue provide to our patients, their carers and families.
