Our contract with Care First is ending at the end of March. From the 1st April, information, guidance and support are available to you from a new Employee Assistance Programme, provided by WorkplaceWellness.

WorkplaceWellnessSometimes life can be challenging and demanding. The Employee Assistance Programme is designed to give you easy access to help and support to enable you to make informed decisions and tackle issues early, before they become troublesome and complex. Where appropriate, up to six face to face confidential counselling sessions are available.

The service is 24/7, easy to access, confidential and free of charge. You have unlimited access to information, support and guidance on a wide range of topics including Work/Career, Relationship/Family, Money Management & Debt and Health & Wellbeing.

For Managers there is a dedicated Managers support service with access to qualified management consultants who can provide you with confidential, impartial, independent advice on how to manage and support your staff.
