We are committed to creating and developing an inclusive culture, this means:
A new Inclusion Strategy for SECAmb
We are already working hard to include all relevant stakeholders (including those with protected characteristics) in the development of our work. The documents below set out a rationale for improving the way we engage and involve people, and there is also a consultation report outlining what our stakeholders have told us.
Inclusion Strategy - This strategy was approved by the Trust Board in May 2012.
Inclusion Strategy Equality Impact Analysis - This was carried out in conjunction with diverse stakeholders at a workshop in January 2012.
Inclusion Strategy Consultation Report - January 2012 (consultation process from October 2011 - January 2012).

Engagement Survey Results - this demonstrates the diverse stakeholders consulted with as part of the Inclusion Strategy development process.
