The SECAmb vision has quality, innovation, improvement and meeting the clinical and care needs of patients at its core. These pages demonstrate our commitment to developing and implementing  integrated  staff, patient, public and stakeholder engagement as part of our core functions. To achieve this we aim to demonstrate a real commitment to put the patient at the heart of everything we do.

As a service provider, we are committed to providing a service which is accessible to everyone and prevents unfair or unlawful discrimination on the grounds of age, disability, gender, gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation or religion, faith or belief.  We are working to promote good relations between different individuals and groups.

You will find the information we are required to publish to meet the Specific Duty of the Public Sector Equality Act 2010 in these pages. We publish information to demonstrate our compliance with this duty at least annually.

SECAmb NHS Foundation Trust is supporting a national campaign which is encouraging NHS staff to become champions for a personal, fair and diverse NHS.

All that is asked is that you share any examples of how you have helped or are planning to help to create a personal, fair and diverse NHS, for staff or for patients.
