Delivery Plan

 

Following the publication of our Strategic Plan in July 2017, the Trust has developed a Delivery Plan to monitor the implementation of the Strategy over the next two years.

This links our four strategic themes - Our People, Our Patients, Our Enablers and Our Partners – to the improvement work currently under way and planned in the coming months and years.

This presentation sets out our starting point in this improvement journey and the key actions being taken to ensure we measure progress against a realistic but challenging aim to be rated Good by 2020 and Outstanding by 2022.

This improvement journey will be underpinned by our enabling strategies, a refresh of our Trust Strategic Plan and development of shared and measurable behaviours by March 2018.

We will publically track our progress against our Delivery Plan through our monthly public board meetings with progress against objectives and KPI.

We will use a rigorous programme management approach to track progress, to close work as it is completed and to add additional objectives and associated work as required.
