The purpose of the Group is to decide and report to the Board on a robust assurance mechanism to support the Trust’s system of internal control.It will ensure the Trust manages its IM&T projects with due regard to the provision of systems and services that are fit for purpose, delivered on time and within budget.
This Group supports the overall delivery of the Trust’s corporate objectives as described in the Business Plan and the IM&T Strategy.
