The purpose of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee is to decide and report to the Board about appropriate remuneration and terms of service for the Chief Executive and Directors employed by the Trust and other senior employees, having proper regard to the Trust’s circumstances and performance and to the provisions of any national arrangements where appropriate.
